The Villas on Troncones Beach. Newly built and completed in the fall of 2013, Villas Six is on the ground level of beachfront property. The beautiful, large, open-air kitchen has an ocean view and directly opens to the central landscape and pool area. The kitchen comes equipped with a 5-burner gas top stove, gas oven, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster oven, knives, basic spices, large refrigerator/freezer, 5-gallon refillable filtered water (provided and refilled throughout your stay). The living and dining area is also open air, creating an integrated feel with the outside landscape and ambiance. The dining room table seats 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a view of the pool and ocean, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds and sleeps 4, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds (that can be put together to make a king bed). All bedrooms are spacious and have large closets and individual air conditioning units. The second bathroom opens to the common space.
There is high-speed Wi-Fi internet in our Villa, with the modem located in the kitchen. This signal extends into the bedrooms and can also be accessed while at the pool.
There is a blend of curvy concrete paths and soft sand to guide your way through the beautiful and vibrant landscaping. Lay in the hammock stretched between two palms, practice yoga on the beachfront yoga deck, or lounge in a beach chair to watch the rolling waves.
Cool off in the large salt water infinity pool just a few paces away from our front door. It has 3 depths: zero entry sloping to steps to a 4' section and then a ledge into an 8' section. There is plenty of room for kids jumping and playing while others relax and take in the stunning view from the edges of the pool.
Enjoy the grassy BBQ area and grill the fresh fish you can buy from the red fish truck that drives through daily. Watch a movie in the indoor/outdoor cinema that is situated under a beautiful palapa on the property.
Daily housekeeping (except for Sunday's) is also included with your stay, allowing you for a more carefree vacation.
